We lost money.

I want to start a business and I want to use that money towards it.

It is all in the details of the deal and person driving the plan. 

Personally, I assign my deals to my end buyers when working with sellers to help them find buyers for their mobile homes. 

So, keep in mind you might make more money charging $2000 than you do charging $2200.

If you really want it, for whatever personal reasons, do your due diligence.

They may have made you money. 

My question is how long do you personally wait to see how your Airbnb venture is going to go until strongly contemplating long term?

It's not a waste of money at all if you choose a reputable company.   

Spending some on marketing/mailers/trying to find motivated sellers would be a better use of your money (in my opinion).I downloaded one of his "free" blueprints to building wealth flipping vacant land.
