Otherwise every person could just claim every animal is a "companion", but I'm sure they are not.There are problems with online "doctors" who claim to give prescriptions or recommendations for companion animals to whoever pays for one, however, these are mostly scams, and I don't think landlords actually are required to accept their fake "prescriptions" if they don't actually have a proven doctor/patient relationship.

With the listing being so new still, would you just be patient and move on from them to the next prospects or is a bird in hand better than 2 in the bush, as none of the other prospects have returned applications.Thank you in advance for any wisdom!!

Tenant has informed that is suffering from anxiety disorder and provided letter from therapist recommending 'stress-relieving aquarium' of 'proportional size to the living area, no smaller than the largest television in patient's household'.Indicated found a great deal on cList for a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium with fish & coral and going to pick up this week.
