New Niche??

I thought this was interesting ... now that I am on the lookout for Real Estate investing ideas .... I think I may have come upon a new niche.  Just down the road from my house is one of those yard signs declaring "WE BUY BARNS"!!   I giggled to myself and thought .. 'You know you live in the country when ...'

Maybe I am missing a hot new market in my area!!  Anyone else?!  :-)

I saw a bandit sign just today that said WE NOW BUY CARDBOARD BOXES.
