@Corey Griffo I hope to make the next one...I drilled a hole through a water line last night (stud finder found the pipe and not the stud...) so couldn't make it.

Please understand I sleep well at night, this doesn’t keep me up, I just like to tighten loose ends just in case.

At night though that's another story. 

I bring them in to have a shower or a night on my couch if they need it because I care. 

On nights, weekends, and layoffs, you would be able to work on your own house while being home with the family.

@Jordan Atkin I wasn't able to make the meeting last night but I see they hold meetings the second Wednesday of every month so I will definitely attend next month.I agree Jordan, I would much rather have properties local so I could be hands on for at least my first investment or two.Thanks for your response and maybe I'll see you at the next REIA meeting.
