@Jordan Atkin I wasn't able to make the meeting last night but I see they hold meetings the second Wednesday of every month so I will definitely attend next month.I agree Jordan, I would much rather have properties local so I could be hands on for at least my first investment or two.Thanks for your response and maybe I'll see you at the next REIA meeting.
