If I was to rent it out I would break even or maybe even have a slightly negative monthly cash flow.

My tenant has not been paying rent for four months now and refuses to vacate.

They'll want your last 2-3 months of bank statements, your IDs, and property information such as insurance.

They meet in Merrillville every month, actually they meet tonight, so it may be a bit late to get to this months meeting.

They are currently on a month-to-month lease but would like to let them know asap to make the transition as easy as possible on them.

If the tenant is moving July 31, why do they have to pay another month's rent if you close later in August?
