These days they make the instructions very easy to follow.

If you have a reason that we’re not seeing to not want the other side to know the details of the inspection, just instruct your agent to keep it confidential.

@Josh Hurles, If you do put a manufactured home on the property, make sure you put it on a permanent foundation, then have a HCD Form 433A recorded with the county.

You can provide written instructions for change in where and to whom rent is to be paid due to change of ownership/management, but it is best if they first get notification of change in management from the owner/PM whose agreement is in force.
