Sounds like you're doing the right thing.

As a first-time property owner, you should focus on strategies like BRRRR and house hacking.

Some people/investors see a property and want 100K++ return when the property is listed for 100K and the return should be more like 10K or 20K..

That is what it looks like and it is also what Carrie told me when I spoke with her about it.  

It's definitely worth it, especially if you're buying a property through like an auction or something similar. 

Now that I think about it, the market is also like that where I'm from. 

For this first venture it is as simple as the person if financing the 20%.I have found some foundations on here for structuring this opportunity, and other platforms.

Both buyer and listing agent commissions will need to be agreed to by the buyer and seller as part of the purchase agreement (not simply disclosed after the fact, like under previous rules in most states).When you are a buyer, and want to view an MLS listed home, you will have to sign an agreement.
