I personally think the high density does not belong in some suburbs and maybe select urban areas.  

I have tried different times of day and clicking on different selections.

I selected a small local bank for my LLC due to convenience of checking/deposits/withdrawals/walk-ins and certified checks (for auctions and closings).

Now speaking to the housing industry; it drives me absolutely koo-koo-crazy when people speak of housing in a selectable term like a hamburger or blue jeans, HOUSING IS NOT OPTIONAL.

Very impressed that you're already invested and growing from there! 

- Prospective tenant replies- Email template with video (explaining application process), 3D tour, and a link to the Zillow listing, where tenants are instructed to apply.This almost certainly adds a few days on market for the properties, but selects tenants who inherently 1.can read 2. do read and 3. follow instructions. 

Not sure how true that is, or how widespread, but in general my impression is banks would rather have someone actively paying on the loan rather than own a property with no income.
