Opening bank account for my LLC - how to choose bank?

Hello,

I have setup an LLC for acquiring my 1st Bay Area property (East Bay). I am going to follow BRRRR strategy for the first deal.

I am looking for a bank/credit union for my LLC. I am wondering if I should choose a banking institution based on the fact that between 8-12 months, I will need to refinance and if I should choose a bank which can also help me refinance down the line. A banking institution which is maybe local and knows the east bay market really well.

Is my thinking right or am I overthinking? How would I go about finding such an institution? Any recommendations?
