While taking it down, we noticed that there's a gas line that goes through that wall that were taken down.

We currently pay for the gas that runs the current gas water heater and boiler that provides the radiant heat in the winter.

The living room has gas log fireplace, Bedrooms are a split floor plan with the master bedroom being on opposite side of home from the other 2 bedrooms.

Water is master metered and paid by the owner but all other utilities (sewer, gas, cable, electricity) are individually metered and paid by the tenants It is in a small, rural town in Washington state.

Saved me a lot of paper, gas and most of all time. 

However, most buyers/renters prefer natural gas.

Electrical service is individually metered (two meters), water and gas both have one meter for the entire building, and my tenants pay based on percentage of square feet.
