Hi, I am a new out-of-state landlord, I have many issues with my property management company: they took a long time to get my two properties rented, one of them was vacant almost 4 months, and they billed me almost 3 times of actual costs of electric and gas bills during vacancies, for the second issue, I still have to schedule a call to talk to my manager about it.
