Do any of the folks here have experience using docusign for tenant lease agreements? What are the pros and cons of doing so?

Yes I use it - no problems with it whatsoever. Just make sure to go over the leasing agreement with the tenant as well so there's no confusion.

Pros - easy paper trail for both parties, super easy for people to sign off any device

Cons - none, these are totally valid from a legal standpoint - I work for a big corporation and we use docusign for contracts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars
