I never moved to any of the places you mentioned, was with one company that went from 32 employees to 1200 in two years, did an IPO, and then, unfortunately, watched the stock go to $0 in the dotcom crash.  

Now that I have employee's, my lack of systems and repeat-ability are costing me valuable time and money. 

Don't assume national company employee needs massive bandwidth - - ask before you leap - - can you define ASSUME?

My current situation overseas is as a U.S. gov't employee so for W2 taxes it's as if I'm still living stateside (no income is reported as earned abroad). 

Like many countries B tractors I have seen are better employees than their own bosses.

It is amazing tool, and it needs to support a number of employees as it is a business so there are multiple avenues from which the site makes money.

Be the CEO of your world, and hire team members or employees to handle what you can't do.
