I vote for buying a compiled list with the correct absentee filters from listsource..

They have inside working knowledge and are going to be a filter versus people who don't qualify for your help.Besides who doesn't want to have a bunch of attorney's on their side?

Type in address of subject property, when screen pops up with map, click on active and sold check boxes on left hand side. then you have the option to add filters such as 90 days back, 6 months back, bed/bath mixes, etc.

Setup craigslist filters for "TLC, Fixer Upper, Investment, Investor Special, etc..." again, when these come into your inbox, don't delay, call immediately.Build your bird dog network - I run craigslist job ads. 

The RRBL's usually have about an 18 month turn around, so if I filtered for length of residence, I'd lose them.As for how to handle the mailing aspect...that's a loaded question....do you want to be an Investor or a mail house?

You could be filtering Listsource wrong.

Which list and the filters to use.Just because you send mail doesn't mean you'll have the success you are hoping for.
