I thought of using her so she can learn along with me but also using someone who is more savvy with finding good investments.I have 5 agents feeding me deals. 

Now my bank feeds and credit cards are auto pulled into my books so I can quickly categorize each income or expense in the system, its a few hours per quarter for me to keep my books, and some months I have hundreds or even thousands of receipts.

And they feed seemlessly into my text platform as well which is an added benefit.

The process was suprisingly quicker then I expected, I will plan to keep updates on this feed for anyone interested in the results from this approach.
