The majority of our franchisees have no restriction from making claims....Funny, I guess some people believe the gurus holding up big fake checks vs a regulated company that pretty much discloses more than anyone else...

However, if I have been sent a franchise tax bill for not filling the papers you discuss (bought the you must have an LLC fake gold) , will filling the papers prevent me from having to pay the franchise tax?

They see a "shiny thing" and start making inquiries wasting my time when the answers to their questions were clearly in the ad.Regarding fraudulent ads, I've had prospective tenants tell me that a large percentage of the online ads are fake.I few times I've had fake clones of my ads appear (usually on Craigslist) using all the data from my ad but a price a couple hundred less.

Considering the 7-day countdown and the fact that I now have this fake lease - should I wait until their 7 days are up (and hope they don't submit a formal response) or should I take another course of action?

Absolute scam... lenders don't beg for up front fee's  crooks do.. watch American greed when its on TV  you will see how scammers work..these are nothing more than variations of the Nigerian scammers send me money there is 20 million sitting in the bank I need your helpor the one on 60 minutes were they send you fake cashiers check saying you won sweepstakes.. these guys are world class scammers working out of country..

The only things allowed on porches and balconies is potted plants and furniture designed for outside use.

They used to be objective, but now they are dominated by paid reviewers and fake accounts. 

The third is tenant quality, no doubt there is some riff raff in Ogden, you have to screen thoroughly.I like it because 1) the enormous amounts of money the city has put into it to turn it around, 2) some of the big players around here have planted some flagship investments with retail, food, entertainment, new apartments and townhouses, and 3) there are a lot of blue collar people which means renters.I've run across a few deals near Weber State, not often, but they're usually expensive.  

I have studied, gone to fake seminars, watched online videos, read the books etc.....
