Very occasionally we may see a $25,000 deal or 1 in 500 maybe $15,000 minimum investment, but those pretty rare.I guess there is some chance that if you go to some of these groups on one of the free or basic trainings and network hard, maybe you can find someone that started small and made it big and then try to work that model.Best wishes and good luck.

Virtual office space is another approach to commercial rental that some investors are using.I'm just concerned that this business has chosen to attempt to conceal itself.Their claims are a bit extravagant for such a secretive outfit - not just the benefits the tout but their claims about their clientele and exposures.I've actually built spreadsheets to see if it could be duplicatable, and it is looking at least possible if expenses can be controlled and limited.

Probably Iowa area as a preference, as they don't block muni networks, so really small cities there can build out fat pipes to the internet to attract telecommuters that need lots of bandwidth, but want small town population density, and short drive to 3 larger cities if you want to still have the occasional city experiences.
