Fraud Property Investment or Not?does anyone know this company?

Good day All,

I have been approached by a company call O properties  their website isoproperties.today

they offer the below and I am tempted to invest, I wanted to ask you have perhaps heard about them and if they are legit or they are fraud.

I checked the internet and couldn't find any scams on line related to them, kindly please give me your opinion if it would be wise to join them or not.

Looked into this:

No info on Snopes (yet). Sent them a message about it.

No hits on Google for "oproperties scam".

Went to their "Contact Us" page, plugged their posted address into Google Maps. Comes up as an office building in Malvern, PA.

Found their "whois" data at mawords.com. The name is registered thru a privacy company in Queensland, AU. Registered just about a month ago (2016-04-20 / 20 April (Wednesday) 2016), 18-May-2016 in "whois" (whois.net).

So, this looks like a start-up.

I'd sit on it until late Q3 CY2016 and see what comes of it.

If they're operating in Malvern, PA, I'd expect to be able to find some publicly available information about them, though the actual company name seems well hidden (* Red Flag *). May take a fair amount to digging to find it. Their home page shows a name of "Opportunity Properties". Googling that pulls up a number entries, some of which mention a "blast from the past" name of "Carbo" (Joe Carbo of "Lazy Man's Way To Riches"? I wonder...)

If I find anything further, I'll post an update.

Yes. Virtual office space is another approach to commercial rental that some investors are using.

I'm just concerned that this business has chosen to attempt to conceal itself.

Their claims are a bit extravagant for such a secretive outfit - not just the benefits the tout but their claims about their clientele and exposures.

I've actually built spreadsheets to see if it could be duplicatable, and it is looking at least possible if expenses can be controlled and limited. So, maybe if I can find enough like-minded partners, I might do this myself along with my partners.

I know this office building in Malvern where they are located. Dun & Bradstreet is in this building. Also in this building as a tenant is American Executive Centers, which rents out individual offices (by the room) and a centralized/shared administrative assistant to many new/newer businesses.  The principal of Oproperties is most likely renting an office here.

That said, saw something in another thread which might prove interesting.

Check out HoldFolio and see if their business model suits you. They appear to be a start-up, also, yet at least have testimonials to try and verify and their company information is available thru the website.

@Princess Lukhele  REAL ESTATE Scheme's born out of foreign ( at least foreign to US) rarely have oversight.. not that there were not plenty of Aussies selling Ghetto WAR zones as Grade A investments because there was.

65,000 investors is a lot of investors..

On Godaddy Whois it shows they just created the website in April of this year and they only did it for one year. That doesn't add up to claims they are giving in their response. It is showing out of Australia.

Remember if things are shown to good to be true then........................

I googled map the address and they did not show up.  Also websites does not state how long they have been in business.  Seems very fishy to me.  I do find it strange that you could pay with a cc so you should be able to refute the charge if they do not do as promised.
