I'm currently an Engineer at Raytheon and recently became interested in real estate investing through friends and family that pointed me to the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

I work as an engineer in the semi-conductor industry currently and I'm considering going back to school for 4 years to finish my MS in Robotics to make my dreams of becoming a remote robotics engineer a reality.

I’m 26 years old with a small fortune of inheritance and have recently come across the bigger pockets community.In the UK I’m currently an electrical engineer but my original plan was to move to FW, buy a reasonable sized family home in cash and use the rest of my money for Pilot School.

We have 2 options: the first would be to deny the loan for unacceptable property since this does not appear to be a repairable item, or the other option would be to get an engineer’s foundation certification from a licensed engineer to advise what needs to be done to repair the foundation.

My background: I'm a 33 year old engineer that has one 4-10 job and does contract work on the side for an average of 65hrs a week of work.

Go to an architect or an engineers?

We have quotes from engineers to do the surveying and engineering services required to subdivide the property.

I am an engineer and I also own my own construction company.
