Hello, I am 22 year old recent college graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering. I discovered bigger pockets roughly 3 months ago and have been extremely inspired by what type of life real estate investing can lead to. I have an idea of a plan regarding flipping and possibly rent-and-hold investing with a partner in Vegas but I am new to this and would appreciate any advice. I appreciate your time
