Happy Father's Day to all the Fathers and soon-to-be Fathers!

My name is Jose Ramos. I am a soon-to-be Father myself; expecting a baby girl this September. I'm currently an Engineer at Raytheon and recently became interested in real estate investing through friends and family that pointed me to the Bigger Pockets Podcast. Over the past few months I've been taking in as much information as possible and I'm excited to start this journey. I'm looking forward to connecting with the Bigger Pockets Family. I'm currently looking for off-market deals or handyman specials in Arizona to start building my portfolio. I am a cash buyer that can close quickly.
