Raj,The biggest thing about setting up an LLC in any state outside of your home state is the Registered Agent, this is where ALL legal documents will go if there are any (e.g., being sued) that have to be delivered to a person. 

That would be in your loan documents.  

Pending your administrator or custodian, they have certain requirements and language they expect to see within Mortgage documents you will need to clarify that before moving forward with any lender.  

As long as you have it documented and they ruined the microwave.

@Justin Kovach - IMO one of the postings should be a document establishing that you are starting the five days of being unable to contact tenant, and you should photograph that posting; and when photographing a posting, it has been suggested to get the hard copy of the daily newspaper into the photo showing the date as well, to establish that you did not in any way falsify the date.

Design development/research, design/ construction documents, permitting/bid, construction, final inspection.

Is there any language that should be added to the contract or should I be recording a specific document at the Registry of Deeds / Recorders office?
