Questions:What money do you have to do marketing and to lock up deals?

Often borrowers can obtain lower than market rates or more flexible terms such as interest only for the initial fixed period.

I would love to network and learn from any investors in either market. 

We are still in a very tight, low inventory market- but appreciation has never been higher- it's a great place for a wealth-building investment portfolio- it sure beats the highs and lows of the stock market! 

Off market through a relationship with the broker who sold me my 56 unit off market.

Tried selling the LTR but it wasn’t the right time in that market so it sat.

In fact my friend has an off market Triplex in Pompano and another north Ft Lauderdale he has considered selling.
