After you write these pointers down, you can start thinking about the next phases:Content Amalgation (consume all the content you can about real estate)Determine your real estate investing strategyThen make the investment decision I say all this because we shouldn't just do what everybody else is doing (buying a single family home) and expect a different outcome (expect to make a fantastic profit that would allow us to quit our day jobs).

I only spend whatever it cost to be on BP :) I know I am not the average consumer.. but I would not even for a minute consider doing business with anyone on Facebook or and I don't have tweeting or any of the other stuff.. to anonymous and to many social scammers.. not worth it to me..

They aren't often spoken of because their rates are so far off the gov't subsidized rates you see advertised everywhere that 99% of consumers balk, ergo it's not the highest and best use of anyone's time to learn them well.
