Vernon is not the most logical choice in the area however, We are nervous enough being our first property, keeping it close to home so that we can learn how to be managers and owners at the same time brings us both much needed comfort.Going forward, after we are comfortable with this unit we plan on focusing on the Indianapolis are since our daughter and her family live there.Again, thank you for all of the time that you have devoted to this property.

I would say that's a choice and depends on your strategy - I would not be happy if a property I bought ten years ago is worth the same.

If you ban pets altogether, you have no choice but to file for eviction after a notice to cure, or not enforce that part of your lease.

@Ryan Dossey  If you approach someone who has lived in a house for thirty years who heard of the RE crash and thinks their property is not worth much and you play on that to get a lower price then you might be on the border of theft, morally if not legally.

So you are thinking if they leave the lease agreement early then we will have no choice but to find a renter to replace them, instead of a buyer, as we would have if they stayed until the end of the lease agreement?
