A few months ago I took some people to look at deals i had that was beautiful on the exterior, grass cut alittle pressure washing needed but little stuff showed it was vacant, showed them what to look for , they were confused, "are you sure nobody lives here?"

If you want the nice apartment/house etc, new cars beautiful weather then you must be prepared to pay for it and if you do not have enough extra income to invest that is due to the choices you've made.
