Will be rehabbing my first rental in Dec. My question is; which would be more beneficial in the long run? Vinyl flooring or carpet in bedrooms.

It depends on your market; check the other rental properties currently on the market that are similar to yours...what do they have for flooring and what is the difference in rental price. I find in my market that people either love or hate it...there's no in between. Let the market tell you which way to go and if one is financially better than the other from a ROI.
