So I did and when we were building the room; Chris asked me to wash the tarps, wash the 6 cloth canvases he supposedly had, but I only found 4; he said I lost the other 2.

Many people abuse faucets (washing cars, boats, etc.,) and there would not be as many persons utilizing the utilities.THE WHOLE POINT of examining this property was to show that even if it was purchased at 50% occupancy it makes sense to sit on it until (maybe) the area's population increases and thus one can reap big rewards.I have done some more research about the 77026 area code and I read that the average rent was $359.

I came across something worth sharing - using a Johnson Box to get your quick message across to the recipients of your direct mail campaign (letters, postcads...etc)A Johnson Box is a box usually at top that contains the key message you're getting across - it could be a "We buy houses, Call us" or "Call me to get added to our buyers list"...etcThe key concept is that messages stick out and grab the readers' attention when placed in a box, a bigger font, a different color.

Vinyl Siding is a better option in my opinion, It looks great and is pretty easy to power wash yourself. skip the paint.

And also with multifamily the owner is responsible for water and sometimes heat or gas and snow removal.If you have one or the other it can be a wash.

Now, I know that a duplex will not be a commercial loan, and will not use DSCR (will use DTI instead with probably 75% of rents applied to wash the mortgage payment, or something along those lines).
