I work for New Western and we get distressed properties all the time in the Madison county area.

I think mid-term rentals are a great strategy for a house hack, if you're in a good mid-term rental market.

There are a few areas that are growing now but still under fully developed.  

I am based out of Los Angeles and I’m working on a long distance BRRRR deal in the hilltop area of Columbus, OH.

I would love to connect with people in the area to get conversations started and build connections.

You will need to learn how to run comps, figure out what rents are in the area and build connections to PM's, GC's, etc. 

I am in the Tampa Florida area and multi family homes make great first homes and future investment properties.
