I am looking for an opinion of the area around the South Houston High School in south east Houston.  

It's located in the area just south of Washington Park.I know nothing about Wisconsin or the Racine market and I'm just curious if it warrants more consideration. 

If you are definitely going south, I would wait until I get the The Sunshine sate and start over. 

Everything looks great on paper, but the area is mostly small towns, just off of I-78.The property is south of Hamburg, and in the vicinity of Bethel, Strausstown, Shartlesville, etc.  

Theres always risk but things would have to go real south to eat up all that.Thanks again for the insight!

I believe you could get in a heap of trouble south of the border with that response.

Jerryll, I don't know specifically what the laws are for historic homes in Connecticut, if thats where the property is located, but I have experience with drama from a home I took over from my dad in south Jersey.  

There are several "tricks" for dodging rules, but they're all sure to snowball into pain for you if the deal goes south.
