I'm looking to purchase Performing Notes & Non-Performing Notes here in South as well as Southeastern Wisconsin. I'd love to hear you guys input on locating the most decent,reliable sources to begin making such investments.  I greatly appreciate you all & may your Spring 2016 get off to an amazing start.

Honestly, I'd expand your market!  If you focus on 5 states beside WI you'll see a lot more opportunities and deals!
