Here are some ideas to get you started:1.Educate Yourself: Start with the basics—read books, listen to podcasts, and watch real estate videos (BiggerPockets is an excellent resource).

I'm working with a client who's interested in a home that's currently used as an airbnb. 

We do this through ADUs, SFHs, and MF apartments.

Have you used these sites before? 

This is a fantastic place to gain some insight into the REI world, particularly for those starting out. 

I'd shop around for something cheaper.For example, with VRBO, they allow you to add a virtual tour using one of their partner providers. 

We would typically not do this, but talking to a very experienced property manager friend, they agreed in fact suggested we let them out, this would be the one exception... crazy and aweful situation.3. 

I just don't know if this one is going to be the same.
