To Video or Not to Video? (direct booking site/airbnb/vrbo)
Hello BP community,
We are in the process of attempting to optimize our first STR property in a very seasonal market. We added a yard game area/hot tub/pool/etc. Pro photos are happening in October and we are deciding on a 4K 3 minute video as an option. How many of you STR owners find value in the videos? I did look at Rob's website and he does not seem to have videos. Is drone footage and pro pics enough? I just am unsure how much value a video will add. Any feedback is appreciated. TIA.

Thank you, Yes, the video is 4K quality not 4K. It would only be extra 100 bucks but we plan to upgrade flooring next year so its like we would also have to do it all again!
