Working fulltime for minimum wage at MD Anderson cancer center,  college drop out with a rented condo, and owner of two lots that i dont know what ill do wit h yet, bought because deal was too good to pass on. have been on the app for some time but never was able to make an account on it so i finally took the step and opened a browser on the computer and made an account. purchased first property at 21 from the bank foreclosed condo 2/2 for  cash which at that time was my life savings, and 3 years after that managed to save some money and bought another condo in same complex a 3/2 . last week a 3/2 sold for 78k and the 2/2 are going for 60+ tempted to flip them because id have more than doubled my investment and i live in one. but i dont know what to do if i do so. have the rooms in the 3/2 rented at 600$ each. anyhows im looking forward to learn as much as possible and get into the realestate business, i want to get my Reatlor license if anyone is in houston and knows whats the best way to go about getting one; fastest and cheapest way :). i would appreciate it!
