Hey everyone in the Colorado area ... next week I'll be in town and Joshua Dorkin and I would like to get together for an evening of ... well, just hanging out and talking about life, real estate, and why the winter never ends.

We are waiting on confirmation from the venue but we'll let you know as soon as we know. It will be somewhere in Denver, and either on Tuesday night (probably) or Wednesday night (backup.)
