Hello,I just came across a deal, not quite sure if it's a bank owned but I believe so because that's who's listed on tax record.There is 2 houses each on about 1/2 acre 3 doors down from each other.

I always told myself if another house on the block came on sale for a good price, I would certainly consider it.The house two homes from me recently had a foreclosure notice on the door.

you need to make sure you have enough circulation/venting or your pilot will not stay lit.leave closet door open and i bet it stays on.a more permanent solution is to add additional venting in the ceiling area.good luck
