I have asked many questions and have received helpful information; thanks to all of you. Let me understand this: if you can cash flow at least $100 per door on multi's, or so, you are doing well? Holding on to such property will eventually turn extremely profitable, yes? I understand buy/holds are not get quick rich, you have to be patient. I am just trying to grappel theories a little better. I know I sound novice, and I am! I guess my question is; What is a proper plan of action on buying and holding? I have cash, I just do not want to blow it!
