"Yes Communities" is making money hand-over-fist doing this with over 12,000 units (my Wife works for them here in Denver).

I have had success raising money and finding partners at my local REIA.Just like any other marketing strategy, you can't expect to go to 1 or 2 meetings and find these people, you have to be a regular and attend every meeting and talk about the deals you are working on or have worked on in the past.

First time to attend is free, then only $75 to sign up as a member and $10 a month after.

Investors here are discussing how hard it is to find a deal right now and in my mind I'm thinking they should be grateful right now because it hasn't gotten as competitive as the Springs or Denver was.

Which brings me to my question,I have attended a couple of Renatus meetings and I'm torn as to whether I should sign on the dotted line or not.

I head about this also at a BP meetup in NYC that I attended yesterday and hear good things about them.
