Joint Ventures & Private Investors

Greetings RE Community,

I am looking for the best ways to connect with private investors looking for steady income via a RE portfolio and/or joint ventures. Can anyone suggest some proven methods?

Basically, I've done deals from birdogging to renovations, flips, etc...Our focus now is to build an investment portfolio for income, but lack the finances to do so. Hence we are searching for lender, partners or private money that will invest with us.

Thanks in advance!!

Ericka
