Hello all, my name is Jack, I'm 60 years old, and currently reside in Crosby Tx. I don't have much experience in R.E. My main goal at this moment is to learn all I can from the many knowledgeable people who frequent this very useful blog. My plan,at this point is to "buy and hold" five double houses in the New Orleans Metro area. At this point in life I am more interested in income than appreciation. I am glad to meet all of you, and to find this blog.

Welcome to BP @Jack Hines! I'm a younger investor and I'm still firm on cash flow over appreciation. Maybe in the future that might change, who knows!
