Hello BP, Does anyone have any experience investing with Bakerson in Phoenix, Arizona? 

Hey Jack, Yea we hired 2 callers, they make roughly 100-150 calls a day on a triple line dialer. averaging between 2-4 leads a day and about an appointment set every other day.

I live in California and in doing my research, investment property in California is looking pretty grim!! 

I began my RE career in 2003 during the 'boom' times as a mortgage broker.

To give you a background, I have a property in Maple Valley City in Washington state with a clear title paid off for land.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Hi everyone, I am looking at getting into the section 8 rental market as a foreign investor, what are the "best" states to invest in, in terms of cash flow and actually working with the city to cooperate and pass inspections.Is there anyone on here who could point me into the right direction of anyone that has done this, or the best way to go about doing this?
