I have a ton of gratitude and admiration for your amazing community and I'm hoping to get some advice when it comes to the Brian Page method of using other people's properties for Airbnb. 

I am excited for the future and ultimately the financial freedom to be able to travel the world to my hearts content while investing back in the communities in a variety of ways. 

I am super excited about this opportunity and look forward to learning from and growing with this community!

It really feels like I'm part of a community than just another contributor on anonymous online forum . . .But I've been crunching a few numbers and feel there may be better opportunities in western MA, specifically in Hampden County including places such as Holyoke and possibly Springfield.

A more traditional way is go to smaller community banks.

I received this letter from the neighborhood community regarding my tenant in Denver CO (Littleton, Woodmar community if anyone is local) that goes like this:" I am writing you in regard to your rental property .....

I look forward to being a part of the Bigger Pockets community to hopefully make some great connections as well as learn as much as I can.
