LTV/LTC, non-recourse vs PG, and the remaining terms are important too, of course, but I'm seeing the cost of funds continue to drop and terms become more favorable as lenders compete with each other for business.

I would also cover the surface of the remaining tiles to give you a nice clean surface to glue down.
