I would read as many books as you can on deals, watch youtube videos from investors (who arent trying to sell you 40,000 coaching programs), and listen to podcasts.If you want to get into multifamily but have not invested in RE before i would recommend starting off with a duplex to quad and learning the basics of the game and see all the expenses, headaches and challenges that come with running a property on your own.

Over the last couple of months, I spent a lot of time reading, watching, and listening to real estate content from BiggerPockets and elsewhere, and I decided to change my strategy.

I was able to find that Apple Federal Credit Union allows for a non-occupant co-signor, at least per initial screening conversations with them.

Apples to Apples, I will beat their pricing.

I would say the current stock market is very "expensive" given the most recent highs that have been hit.In the end stocks vs rental properties are apples vs oranges.

So we will clear out the "bad-apples" and bring in tenants that match-up to our ideal resident profile.
