Not only did it force me to setup my accounting system, and other property management systems, it forced me into the weeds. 

But all in all i will continue looking into it.

Because I've been struggling to find a deal with which I can force equity, I thought I'd start looking at other places to find a reasonable deal and found a couple of newly built duplexes.  

This was based on quick flips, which is all I am intrested in at this point.

Failure to provide flood when required would result in the issuance of force placed insurance by the lender.I've found that flood disputes can work which is surprising when dealing with the government!

I wish I had answers for you, but all I can do is commiserate with you.

The mortgage forces you to pay the same amount every month whether you owe $80K or $800K and pays the interest and whatever is left to principal.
