Just hoping for some tips in dealing with out of state property?

Just like any other overlay, either paint, roof, or whatever, you can demo sections have him picture it by layer, or witness it yourself, although i prefer videos rather than climbing. i haven't heard of anything close to it, 3 layers is the most I did.

I was wondering if you guys had any tips or strategies on finding more information about sellers/properties.

Any tips for hunting these guys down and getting to the point where I can either buy them a beer or have dinner with them?

I look forward to reading the blogs and tips from everyone.
