I'm a single parent, and my professions are certified credit consultant, paralegal, private investigator(skip tracer), offline marketing consultant for business on and offline.I'm well known in the "Credit Restoration" space in east Texas and surrounding areas in getting one out of debt and increasing ones FICO Scores removing any of your inaccurate and unverifiable derogatory trade lines to receive more money for investments 4 real estate, etc., in which I have connections in getting some financing for that purpose.

I would basically be trading guaranteed improved cash flow now versus possible worse cash-flow in the future.I will not be spending cash-flow; all of that money will go towards additional RE deals and potential future maintenance in this property.I would definitely start low when purchasing this property.

Otherwise he makes the properties available as needed for licensed trades and inspections.We use tools like Google Drive, Buildium, Chase Quickpay, Camscanner, and lots of photographs to bridge the physical divide and work together remotelyI have to say that the market I work in is the area I originally grew up in, so this was not some maintenance group off the street but someone I had already known for years, but this process is working pretty well.

The contractors' workers can't keep the doors closed while they are they because they are constantly carrying materials in and out and their English skills aren't good enough to be able to ask these people to leave.
