Neighbors Walking through Flip - Liabilty?

As I'm doing flips, sometimes I stop in to check and I find a neighbor wandering through the house checking things out. The contractors' workers can't keep the doors closed while they are they because they are constantly carrying materials in and out and their English skills aren't good enough to be able to ask these people to leave. Does anyone else run into this problem and how do you handle it? Does insurance cover me if anything happens to someone who walks in without permission and gets injured on my property?
