Currently working on networking and building a team of reliable professionals to work with over the coming years.I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for the past few years, but only recently got the bug and really started getting into it.

To  buy this at the right price and get it renovated efficiently and effectively, you will need a team on the ground with whom you can trust.

I would love to connect or get advise from people already workin in the area. i need to build a team from realtors to attorneys to investors in the area. if you guys can help me figure out which markets are hot or just simply give me advise i would gladly appreciate it.

As out of state investors, we would like to connect seasoned/local experts and would like to meet up in person soon so we have a strong team that we can rely on their local knowledge and wisdom. 

Hi BP team - Newbie here, in process on my 2nd SFH. 1st one is in IL, this one is in metro Detroit with a new lender. 

I lost more than 5 deals in the 08/09’s haggling over $5k.
