Are my Michigan Closing Costs too high?
Hi BP team - Newbie here, in process on my 2nd SFH. 1st one is in IL, this one is in metro Detroit with a new lender. FSBO, 30 year loan for $132.9k @ 4.875%. Closing costs line items are different from one lender to the next, and rather than guess as to what's what, and if it's BS/negotiable, I figured I'd ask the experts. Closing Costs coming in at 6.3%
Any advice/insights would be appreciated. Cheers!
