At BP, not only can you network with other real estate investors, you can get great information including free online videos and courses for you to watch and learn from.

Not to mention keeping the extra $59k more liquid.Take my opinion with a grain of salt, I'm inexperienced, and what seems to make sense on the surface, may not in the long run.

I will go as far as saying any business that doesn't use online social media as their main tool right now is bound to regret it once major corporations and Fortune 500 companies start shifting their HUGE ad budgets towards the same thing. 

I read a review on line where a person used it in their carpet cleaning machine to get old stains out of an off-white berber carpet and it worked like a charm.

It has everything from free online videos and courses to it's own podcast in itunes.
